The location is great, in the city center and very close to the city town hall which is just behind the corner. Nordin, the receptionist, was really kind and helpful. They went extra mile to help us to get the broken airconditioning fixed. Also, the rest of the staff was always nice. Hotel was clean and we enjoyed the tasty breakfast, which offers great selection for everyone. You can book taxi transfer via hotel in advance which we really appreciated, because it was smooth and quick to get to the hotel after slightly delayed flight.

Everything was great. I have been a dedicated movie lover for over 4 decades, so this hotel was the perfect choice for me. Perfect location right in the center of the city, next to the incredible city hall, surrounding squares and beautiful buildings. Everything in walking distances. The staff were great, so lovely, knowledgeable of the city sight and transportation, and everything I would ask about. Thank you so much for a the lovely time I spent in your beautiful city. Definitely coming back some day. :)

Very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately our room had a shutter that didn't pull down and only a very flimsy light curtain meaning the room was very light at night. Reception immediately sent maintenance to try and fix the shutter. Unfortunately they couldn't repair it and although we had to spend one night in the room as no others available we were moved the next day. Fantastic shower, really powerful. Good breakfast. Great location for all the old town sights, restaurants etc.

The rate was super - we had two rooms - arranged very last minute. Breakfast was good - not amazing but more than enough for the modest cost. Provision of a special parking rate for parking close to hotel was a great bonus. Staff were very helpful. A fun place to stay because of the decor - film scenes. Great toiletries - Ritual brand which was very nice. Would highly recommend these hotels for other city stays.

The service, how they care about you, but without going over the extra mile, which is pretty good 😊 The breakfast service feels super comfy and the options are plenty. Healthy and savage modes are available. The location is perfect, 8/10, better location is difficult to beat to be honest.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay all the more enjoyable. The room was spacious and comfortable, offering everything I needed. Clean, comfortable room and bed. The size of the room was perfectly fine. I stayed in the room with the San Francisco Bridge. Also I'm not a fan of Spanish T.V as I couldn't find any English channels but they do have the YouTube app on the T.V (also Netflix) so I managed to watch YouTube instead. Beds were comfortable, Aircon worked great. I stayed 10 days and on arrival received a note and chocolates waiting for me on my bed, then one week later received another lovely note with some lovely boxed jelly sweets and two days later another lovely note with some cake like things, very thoughtful and such kind words. The location was fabulous. I would definitely stay here again

Excellent location, 3 minute walk from Metro Xativa, but in a quiet pedestrianised street. Restaurants, shops etc jusy around the corner. 10 min walk to cathedral. Hotel is quirky and immaculately clean. Bed had choice of medium or soft pillows ! 24 hour staffed reception. I didn't have breakfast as had train to catch ( Estation Nord 3 minutes away) but breakfast room and food looked very good. Would definitely stay again.
