My brother and I visited Valencia for the first time this week and couldn't have picked a better hotel. All the staff were very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. It had everything we needed for our short stay. As big film fans ourselves, we loved the unique film-themed decor, which sets it apart from other hotels. The breakfast each morning was great. The room was extremely clean. As many other reviews have cited, the location is excellent with easy access to the centre and public transport links. Hotel Casual del Cine represents excellent value for money and provided us with the perfect base for exploring Valencia. We would not have changed anything and would recommend to others without hesitation!

The staff have been very good for me,staying in valencia wasn't in my plans but after my partner had a horrific accident that left her hospitalised I choose to stay at the Casual del Cine Valencia. The staff, without hesitation changed my room to a lower level knowing my partner was discharged from hospital and added on an extra 2 days to my booking without issues . Beautiful room clean and comfortable right on the door step to a beautiful city. Thank you so much to all the staff including the cleaning staff .

We stayed 2 nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size for 2 of us. The bathroom is great, and the water pressure is good. The location is perfect. Bed was comfy and room was clean. Paid parking as advised by staff is very close to the ancient town, but a uber, cycle or drive to the beach unless you like a 25-30Min walk. I would recommend staying here.

The location is great, in the city center and very close to the city town hall which is just behind the corner. Nordin, the receptionist, was really kind and helpful. They went extra mile to help us to get the broken airconditioning fixed. Also, the rest of the staff was always nice. Hotel was clean and we enjoyed the tasty breakfast, which offers great selection for everyone. You can book taxi transfer via hotel in advance which we really appreciated, because it was smooth and quick to get to the hotel after slightly delayed flight.

So central to everything in the city, cafe bars, restaurants, sight seeing, transport, bus to beach it was excellent location. Very clean and amazing, helpful staff. Good quality toiletries provided. Room cleaned everyday and fresh towels if you requested.

The hotel is very central. Xativa Metro station (Estacio de Nord) is a 5 minute walk. You can get the Metro from the airport (red/green line). Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Lots of choices from eggs, bacon, meats, cheeses, fruit, cereals, bread/toast, pastries, juice, tea and coffee. Hotel was clean. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel, in excellent location. Very convenient to the Metro and Valencia Nord station. Everything was within walking distance to explore Valencia. Room was updated and good size, with very comfortable bed, and plenty of pillows and blankets (if needed). Good size bathroom and good working air conditioner. Reception personnel were very friendly and helpful. They also have luggage storage (if needed). We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great. I have been a dedicated movie lover for over 4 decades, so this hotel was the perfect choice for me. Perfect location right in the center of the city, next to the incredible city hall, surrounding squares and beautiful buildings. Everything in walking distances. The staff were great, so lovely, knowledgeable of the city sight and transportation, and everything I would ask about. Thank you so much for a the lovely time I spent in your beautiful city. Definitely coming back some day. :)

Very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately our room had a shutter that didn't pull down and only a very flimsy light curtain meaning the room was very light at night. Reception immediately sent maintenance to try and fix the shutter. Unfortunately they couldn't repair it and although we had to spend one night in the room as no others available we were moved the next day. Fantastic shower, really powerful. Good breakfast. Great location for all the old town sights, restaurants etc.

Everything you could need was right at your doorstep! The location couldn’t have been more perfect—walking distance to shops, restaurants, and all the main attractions. What truly stood out, though, was the front desk team. They were incredible—warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. They went above and beyond in answering our questions and offering thoughtful suggestions and local tips, which made our stay feel all the more special.
